  Someone mentioned bad customer service. I'm not sure they went to the right place. I've never rented from Uhaul before this but I will 100% return to this location if I ever need to again. Me and my buddies went to go pick up a motorcycle that I was purchasing and decided to use the motorcycle trailer since it would simplify our lives and I would not not have to freeze riding it home. There was one problem with our vehicle though.. the rear towing lights did not work. So what did this Uhaul employee do? He gets down underneath the vehicle at 8 AM in 30 degree weather and FIXES THE WIRING. He could have simply told us we could not take the trailer until we fixed it. But instead he helps us out and within the hour we were on our merry way with a fully functional trailer. In my opinion this is 10/10 customer service.
