  I paid $75 for a wash and and hand wax, and I got my car back with specks of tar and rail dust on it. I brought my car back to show them and they sent someone out who halfheartedly sprayed it and wiped it with a rag and claimed there was nothing he could do. I found that I could get the rail dust out with a little elbow grease, then I went home and found out that I could buy some Iron X, which took care of the matter with a couple of sprays and a quick rinse.
  
  How does a professional car wash not know how to handle rail dust? Isn't that their business? I tried this place because my usual car wash, Park Place Hand Car Wash on 45, had been getting some bad reviews, but Park Place never left tar and rail dust on my car. Very disappointed. Giving Prestige 2 stars because they at least identified the rail dust, which lead me to a solution. But I shouldn't have to pay $75 and make two trips and still have to clean my car myself.
