  This location was a 4 Star business a few years ago but now it’s gone down the hole. I had a 1 o’clock appointment and my truck wasn’t taken till 1:40!! Seems like all the NTB’s in general are very over priced and badly managed! Definitely don’t recommend them. So to top it of I went in for tire rotation and Balancing. Well they forgot to do the Balancing on the tires! Not good for business ZERO STARS!!

  I brought my car to this location two times. The first time, my vehicle needed four new tires. I received a deal on Cooper Tires. One of the tires went flat this summer so I went back to the location to purchase a new one. The employee came out and inspected the damaged tire and the others as well. I was informed that all of the tires were bad and needed to be replaced. To note: I put 21,000 miles on the tires since purchasing them and the tire warranty is for 65,000 miles. The employee blamed me for not getting the tires rotated. However, I did get them rotated one time, just not at ntb. The employee stated that they offer free tire rotation because all four tires were purchased there. This time, I did not want all four tires replaced because I wasn't going to put the same (obviously) low quality tires on my car again. I just got the one flat tire replaced. After my car was serviced and I went to pay, I asked if the tires were rotated and the employee responded, no because I only purchased one tire and if I wanted them rotated there would be an additional charge. This made no sense to me. I then asked, if I brought my car in and asked to get the tires rotated before the flat was fixed, (because as stated by the employee, I get free tire rotation because I purchased four new tires) it would have been free? I didn't get an answer. I paid, signed and left and will never give this company my business again. Waukegan Tire has good service. The brand of tires cost a little more but it is worth it.
