  Upon finding a meditation brochure, I decided to visit the center. I liked what I heard and signed up immediately. I was 60 years old at the time and had been suffering from insomnia and depression for 10 years after my husband was sick and passed away. At the meditation center, I was able to reflect on my 60 years of life and came to see the negative thoughts I had been living with. As I kept meditating and clearing my mind of so many useless thoughts and negativity, I came to sleep well. Because I was finally able to sleep well, my body and mind became lighter and my face started to glow with energy and happiness.
  
  As I kept discarding my negative thoughts, I realized I had wrongly blamed the world and others when the real problem was my negativity and outlook on life/world. My once negative mindset became very positive and I was finally able to see how beautiful the world really was. My insomnia, depression, and stress disappeared.
  
  All of my family members saw my changes and decided to meditate too. Now, my entire family is so happy and we have endless days of laughter and happiness. My grandchildren don't fight anymore. My great happiness is the result of finishing all of the meditation levels. Through this meditation I came to know what it means to be truly happy! It scares me to even think of not having discovered this meditation. With a happy and grateful heart, I would like to sincerely thank the meditation method.
