  I have been with Consumers Credit Union close to 40 years and have always been amazed at how kind, courteous and helpful the staff have been. I have never once thought to leave. My most recent experience was just last week when I needed to involve my daughter with some life decisions and an employee named Ranya was right there by our side guiding us through this personal private and yet necessary endeavor. Ranya was, while professional and knowledgeable, very warm and kind. We finished with all the paperwork necessary leaving me feeling confident that all was done as it should be. Thank you Ranya and all of you at Consumers who maintain the integrity of this financial institution as it should be.
