  Pathetic, arrogant, and incompetent manager, his name is Ignacio Villagomez. Everything I asked, he responded with a NO! If he is around, you might want to come back when he is not. Overall hav had great experience in the past, but he ruined it for me.

  I've been to this jiffy lube before, usually quick service and oil changes are a bit overpriced. Ok if you're in a rush but much better deals are out there.

  Very lazy. Called in ahead of time and got the okay for a quick inspection. Was told it would be first come first serve, but fairly quick. Arrived and there was at least two open tech's and only one car in the garage ( 2 available garages). Pulled up and was told I would have to wait 2 hours even with the open garages. Very rude when communicating this as well.
